Born in the Southern Part of Germany, Sascha Sonido is definitely a DJ of today’s new generation and is ranked amongst the young upcoming and ambitious DJ’s within Germany‘s hip club scene. He established his good reputation among his peers by having bookings not only domestic, but all around the globe in top locations and clubs, and with gigs jointly together with Germany, Switzerland, Italy, AMNESIA-IBIZA-Spain, Romania, Austria, and Egypt as well as at his own “SICKNESS” label-parties. And he’s still working hard on this. Sascha Sonido plays a mix out of minimals and electronic dance beats. Grown up in the 80s and 90s, he started to get very fast into modern electronic dance music. A visit to the “mekka” of today’s DJ scene in 1997, the island of IBIZA, had such an impact on him that it has just drawn him into DJ-ing, and fascinated him so much that he has visited this island’s music scene every year since then. So now wonder that at his first weekly appearances to public in Konstanz’s “Underground” club in 2000, he played more the deep-house a la “Ibiza-style”, but fast started to develop his own “style”. His own “SICKNESS” label-parties helped him on that big time, since they gave him a perfect platform to musically develop further.
